The Eastern School of Life Saving (ESOL) was founded in 1999. It is a swimming school providing swimming, lifesaving, resuscitation, CPR and First Aid to children and adults in Trinidad and Tobago.
Founded in 2008 Swimming Teachers Aquatic Resources (STAR Resources), has been consistently providing aquatic training to swimming professionals and other interested persons since inception.
Our team of swim coaches are highly skilled and experienced and are committed to providing hands-on swim training to better enhance your swimming skills.
You can’t properly grasp swimming skills and techniques if you don’t get in the water! While our swim coaches are ready to teach, registered students are expected to actively take part in our swim and life-saving classes to better improve both skills.
